swan river kayaking

got 2 weeks off and want to do some fishing in the swan river with my kayak. anyone know any good spots to go to, or have any advise?

Which part of the river are
Which part of the river are we talking? Around Point Walter and applecross there are a few pylons in the middle of the river that i have caught some flatties off with my kayak. Squidgie plastics 50mm in black and gold are pretty good. With kayaks you can get right onto the flats so it might be worth a try for some bream or flathead.

go buy some small vibes and
go buy some small vibes and get inbetween tha boats that are mored up around the place. plenty of bream and most other people cant access those areas. also drop a few crab pots around

launch your yak around maylands boat ramp and fish the snags across the river.good luck
