Tailor

Hey im new to fishing (november 2012) and just looking for some info
i was just fishing for bream up by succeshill/ guildford and i came across this little bugger 16cm last sunday (7th of april) , i know its a tailor but i thought you generally dont find them past maylands? and if hes around would that mean i could catch bigger ones in a similar area?

Not likely big ones, the little choppers head into the river each year feedin on baitfish, the rains will pushem out into the blue so they can grow into agro lure munchers. That little guy woulda made an awesome live bait for a mulla haha :/
