nothing much was happen at work today so we decided to go for a fish out the north wall at hillarys. We went down and set up down under the light house to hopefully get onto sum skippy and hopefully a pinky. This is where it was all wrong there wasnt a skippy in sight. But istead pulled up a lot of bream. The tally was 10 bream 4 size and 6 under which were are realeased. This all in a couple of hour session. My question is where the hell did all the skippy. We have fished there regularly and always caught skippy wheather they were undersize or whoppers

i went out this morning just
i went out this morning just behind 3mile off hillaries and the skippy were thick. 10m of water and almost everytime u droped ur bait/sp/jig/anything i put down was hit before it touched the bottom. all from 30cm upto 48cm so was great fun on the bream gear. and ofcoarse the sambos got in on the action to but only managed to land 1 due to the light gear.

Maybe the bream beat them to the bait kempy
We had a session like that a few months agio where the small pinkies were grabbing anyhting and we didn't get any skippys until the pinkies moved away.
