Towing regs for biiiggg boats
I have searched for regs around towing bigger boats in WA. Some of what I found was old and possibly not applicable and most for boats under 3500kgs.
I am looking at getting a tri axle and properly breaked trailer made for a 28ft Bertram fly bridge. They are pretty wide at 3.2m and really heavy. I am yet to confirm this but 5200kgs fully loaded with water fuel and gear. I would tow her light but that's what I found out so far.
I would be making use of a relevant truck to tow it and generally it would only be a once or maybe twice a year thing.
Can someone please post the links or tag me in another thread or something showing the regs around towing such a boat. Or if you know 100% let me know what the go is. I want to find out if the trailer is worth it.

Tri axle.....
and properly braked..for once a year...don't do it...the maintenace will be a nightmare. I spend more on my trailer keeping it all working than I do on the boat!!
