Chicken oil
Head down to where they rotesserie chickens with a container and ask for some of the oil. Most times they are glad to give it to you, it is as good as or if not better than tuna oil and costs next to nothing.

All fish I catch, I keep any
All fish I catch, I keep any left overs (guts, blood, heads on certain fish) and freeze it. Just pull it out when you need it. Does the job for me!
