I figured broadband
I figured broadband might speed video up for me - but apparently not - that 4 min vid takes almost 20 mins to play on my PC, no idea why!
While it's indeed a nice vid,in the time to watch it - I could driven to the beach and seen the real thing! ;o)
I guess ya get that!

Interesting website that one, noticed the amount of google ads on it! Simply a money making site, a link farm in other words. Use some babes to get people there and then hope they click off the site when the see all the other fishing stuff on there and get paid for it.
What speed broadband did you get Flywest. With 1.5 megs it plays when you click the link without stopping to catch up on loading. :)

Speed?
Broadband has speed?
Sheesh stop the world, I wanna get off - this is all too hard!
I have no idea Adam - I went to bigpond so whatever they sell is what I have basically...my lad says we have 256K, but mum says the tesltra man said we connected at 271K
All I know is it's about 1000 times faster than what the old dialup was, and I should have done it years ago!
Now that I know you can get even faster - I want more!
How do I get more?

Broadband cable extreme
I am contemplating upgrading from cable to cable extreme. Roughly 17mbps which is twice as fast as cable broadband and about 65 times as fast as ADSL and over 300 times faster than dial up.
Its only an extra $10 per month so what the hell.
The movies should download in seconds rather than minutes.

Hey Andy,
I've been on iinet adsl2+ for a while now, and have clocked my connection around 1200kps.. i think that converts to 18 meg..
Don't get too excited about the huge speeds, because your connection will be much faster than most sites can serve at.
All the same, you can have a heap of things coming down at once, which is very cool :)
