 Does anybody out there know if there are any fuel strainers on a volvo penta 6 cylinder 200 hp engine apart from the 2 fuel filters.

assume its a diesel? - not 100% sure but think they have a mesh strainer on the injector pump where the fuel line goes in (banjo nut) not sure if the 200hp (KAMD?) has them but its just a fine mesh filter and we had one motor that was starving at higher rpm - turned out this little mesh filter was full of cr @P

 well sometimes its ok but

 well sometimes its ok but other times just wont get up and go have cut fuel filters and they seemed allright . the owner overdosed fuel with f10.earlier but that should have gone through by now .cant see in tank . boat going on jinker next week so will explore further then.
