Came across this today.its a series of solar panels but the question is what is it powering.i was think fisheries cameras? Was out in the mid 30s

I don't think it would be a camera. More likely some sort of device collecting hydrographic (tide/wave/current/temp etc) data for BOM/IMOS or the like.
