working in kununurra.. any fishing??

hey guys my next job wil be in kununurra.. was thinking on my r&r might go do some barra fishing if any good... anyone been or can reccomend a charter operator to go with?? cheers

Plenty of great spots!
Hey mate, Kununurra's got to be one of my all time favourite spots. Some really good fishing to be had, but ya need to travel a bit to get into the salty Barras. Just watch those crocs too! Valentine Falls close to town holds good fish but def get out to the Pentecost! Bloody awesome spots all the way to Wyndham.

I spent a few years there
and generally managed to get into some good ones at the killing tree on the Pentecost, also pulled a few of Ivanhoe Crossing. Probably the best spot I found was the Keep River (NT) via Carlton Station from memory, fair drive but worth it.
