cant believe it , another front comming in, when will it end. big swells on the way again. 3 weekends at home and not a spot of fishing.

i don’t think there has been much of a gap in the weather for over a month now.
There will be weeds growing through the cracks in the pavement under my tinnie at this rate!

this is killing me! lol. with my little boat, even the "gaps" in the weather are a bit too scary. 3m swells bit too big for me regardless what the wind is doing... :/ don't think my boat has been locked up this long since i bought it! even worse when u see a lone good day and it happens to be during the working week!!

Just got back late last night from the islands, trip with some guys from work.
I dont mind the weather too much, so long as its well forecast!
My farmer neighbours are happy, and I dont mind the winter too much

These massive swells have
These massive swells have destroyed the beach up our way at Seabird, the ramp access has been undermined with loss of the dunes. 3-4 good years of dune rehabilitaion gone.

There is no beach down this way. Good thing is i am over my operations from January , got the all clear from the Doc , both boats have been serviced and are ready to go crab nets all good , holes in net all fixed . a couple of new rods to christen roll on spring.

was down at the north mole
was down at the north mole today briefly for work and there was at least 6 cars parked up just up from rous head cafe with many lines in the water chasing the snapper , bloodu surfers everywhere making the most of the swell comming in as well. certainly wasnt a calm day down there

yeah they might be on the chew but you still gotta get out there to get them. blowing its ass off down mandurah along with heavy rain atm. dont think fishing will be on the cards. luckily i still have a bit of fish in thr freezer

Yep, its what it should be like. A front every week or so. Plenty of opportunity to get a fish in between fronts if you clever enough and not scared of a bit of rain and swell

yes, it is called winter
Happens every year, to some degree, about this time of year. Good to see it can be like it should be. We've had some windless weather, at times up here, but the swell has been pretty unrelenting. Apart from the fishing being largely crap during a big swell, it has meant the river has been pretty hazardous. Some people have " braved" it--they are fools, at least on the days I've been looking at it.

thats about the same down
thats about the same down here. has been a few days of light winds but swell has not droped much lower than 3mtrs
