Certainly Navionics Marine
Certainly Navionics Marine Australia, but Motion-X is better when you need to use it as a plotter.
Bubblewrap and BubblePop! are great for keeping the 21/2yr old busy when you need just a couple minutes peace.
Fishcal is combined brag tool and almanac.

Seems motionx can store map
Seems motionx can store map caches for offline browsing (which would be really great for remote spots/tracks/etc). Terrain and altitude info is interesting too.
Says 300 points and 100 tracks, similar to navionics (200,100). Would be nice to get more (partic in navionic). Surely it only takes a few kb to store and the phone has heaps of space, so no real reason to have it set as a limit so 'low' (and it shouldnt be processing speed of showing heaps of points as the iphone should be fast compared to a chartplotter anyways?)
A few useful programs:
Shazam - if you hear a song playing, it can tell you what it is
Quota - paid app, but good. Keeps track of my internet and phone/data usage. Has lots of nice graphs too.
Seabreeze - not an app, but i created a shortcut icon that goes straight to the pic only (none of the other stuff on the page)
google-earth and google app are prob worth checking out (e.g. google app for finding locations of closest whatever, incl dist and direction)
internet speed test - lets you know how fast you're phone is running (try on 3g or on wifi)
im lite/ebuddy/msn - for checking messages
lots of games, but i find i dont use them much
There are also a few apps that allow you to control a network connected computer which are interesting. E.g. logitech mouse allows you to use your iphone as a mouse/keyboard for another computer (e.g. a HTPC). Cant remember if you need a new app or can do it in phone but you can also control itunes via your iphone (e.g. say if you're at a party and cranking out tunes, you can do all the controls without having to go back to your computer/speakers to adjust)

Quota sounds good. Does it
Quota sounds good. Does it work for Optus as well. I use the optus app but it is always very slow and can be upto 48 hours behind.
I also use the flash light and have even used the handy level a few times.
Games not so many i like warships, stickskaterle and also the motoR but thats about it.
Also have the navionics, Itrailmap ( for snow) the usuall ebay, google, youtube, face book and also battery magic.

Why? Blackberry, there is
Why? Blackberry, there is just nothing good about them.
Blackberry really had an edge when they were the only game in town for push email, but now that iphone has that, along with app support, whats the point?
Yes, even M$ has a semi working push email too now.
