ytk's yalls/cape nat land based?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone has been getting any kings off the rocks around yallingup or around the cape? Have been hitting my spots from last year for 2 weeks now with no sign of life at all...? Pm me if you have any ideas you might like to share. Cheers

Not land based, but I used to alway drag a lure behind the boat to catch mine, there’s a couple of bombies on the north side of the cape as you go out. Probably 90% of the time, that’s where I get mine trawling past.

Yeah used to have a few holes up there that consistently produced good fish but found that it is a bit fished out these days and the few resident brutes are cunning and will only hit baits rigged on light mono which is definitely not suitable for that ground. Dived the drop offs in that area a few times lately and didn't see too much at all on those days but vis wasn't the greatest either.

Got a nice king off the cape in the boat a few weeks back, and plenty more hanging around with it.  No doubt they are there if you have caught them before.
