Crab sandwiches - I concur
Another variation on the crab sandwich is to mix up some curry power and mayonnaise, s+p as a sauce. Unreal!
I guess everyone has their methods to eat, what about cooking?
My aunty works at Kailis in C/Vale and old man Kailis swears by cooking them in the water they were caught in (if possible) and his secret is to add two large tbsp of sugar to it. Cook for no more than 6 mins.

cook em upside down
all the muck will fall into the shell and come out when you peel it off.
cook em in salt water - as salty as possible.

Drop them into ice
cold salty water after they are cooked to set meat ... Definetly cook in sea water if possible. Same with Prawns, taste heaps better than using fresh water...
