Some can get pretty smelly but we found if they are gilled and gutted staight away they are fine.

stuff gutting big fish , just peel/ slice the skin of n cut the meat of in big fillets right down to the bone i get no wasteage on my fish :D

verry nice, as far as smlling goes we have never had that prob, spike bleed and chill then fillet the buggers , no gut popping from me. well done on the monster
