Yeh bloody brilliant catch mate , specially impressed with the macks, only thing with the shark mate to help with the ammonia an to stop alot of mess , when i catch a shark , while im out there soon as i catch it i cut the head of , cut the fins of cut the tail of slice the gut open and remove all the intestines and shit and put it straight into an ice slushy , and i also remove the spine when i get home , removes all of teh ammonia smell and taste. But yeh shark tastes bloody beautiful . well done
