yep agree on the termocline ryan. saw some amazing pics on this sounder .i.e bait balls 100m down and thick for another 100m down probable should of taken a few pics but was to excited circling the things hoping for a big blue to raise into the spread.did have one monster come up and rip the tiagra 50 to pieces.50lb mono just disapearing of the reel .then a brain fade by the bloke who was up pushing the drag the wrong way.300kg plus of fish gone in the biggest birds nest im yet to see
always in it just the depth that varies
when i went out deep we found a massive hole it went 200 ft 600 900 1200 600 and we fished on the 600 mark and there was a couple of older guys using electric reels lol
And yep thats METERS!! I was on the same boat and witnessed it. Ya think that looks weird... It's weirder when the thing says 1100m!!! And the funny thing is you can still see land... No not Africa.
Esky's Loaded, Boat's Ready...... Lets Go!!!!!!
Dont quote me but ive seen pics like these before on other sounders and i think you will find that what ur looking at are really big sand dunes and not hard ground
