this a m8 on his wetliner when the river was flooding, had no foward gearing only reverse so had to backout of the mouth before he got washed up on oyster which is only a couple of meters off!!

Na id say he was heading out through the river mouth something went wrong and he had to come back in! thats a pretty tricky exit if you dont know what your doing and sometimes even if you do!

I think he was heading in through the river mouth when he had his forward gear shit itself so he was reversing back out so he could sort it out before washing up on the reef and Id say reversing out he must have got pushed right over towards oysters. Cant say I would like to be trying to reverse back through that mouth in a big swell.
