Barramundi Cod

Since we are on the topic of barramundi cod, thought I'd share this with you guys.

Equinox Fishing Charters' John Jordan sent in this picture of a barramundi cod caught out at Lorna Shoals. John said the fish was 60cm and weighed 2.5kg. The rare catch follows a similar sized barramundi cod being taken by another charter boat in the same area last week. These fish are rarely taken off Darwin and for two to be caught in the same month is unusual.

Looks like a happy man . same thing up here the last couple of weeks,rarley caught but two just lately . cool looking fish ay!
