Went out with a mate before sun up this morning, lucky to lost a bait within a couple of hours fishing! Launched at Hillarys and headed south and about 4 mile offshore. Was a bloody cold morning for nill results.
One question, do you normally anchor and burley for fish such as these? Or just small drifts over set ground? We did short drifts but I’m thinking anchor and burley is the best method for inshore!
