Seeing your facial expression is really tell it's BIG!! That's a corker of a Giant Trevally. Were they liking your Stick Baits again, Steve? GREAT STUFF!!!
My reels screaming zzzzzzz.... awwww damn it, its another boat!
All the best for the future fishing trips. Cheers.... Jangles
don't take this the wrong way, but it is better for releasing the fish if you don't have your hands near the gills, they are very sensitive and it can be detrimental to the fish.
Ive handled GT's like that before because they are so tough and also love to thrash around when holding them like mackies and there as sharp as mackies as well but i dont recomend this way but whe i have had to do it they do still swim off strongly and i only hope the survived OK which being as tough as they are im sure there right. Good not to do it though.
God your getting into some great fish of late mate......top effort and if i was ever to come over (will somtime as me sister lives there) ill be knocking on ya door for a day out. Great stuff.
Thanks fellas, yeah stickbaits again. I still can't believe how hungry the fish were. Would go down in my top 5 fishing trips. Tried some poppers as well but couldn't get a bite.

Yeah I don't like to mention
Yeah I don't like to mention it, probably wouldn't do any damage to that fish, but other fish held like that could be different.
Again awesome fish, on the stickbait again?
