just a query, but when your
just a query, but when your fishing in a catch and release comp for billies, how do you get the weight, expecially when your talking 150kg+ fish, i can imagine things getting a little out of hand.
cheers

Girth
Just to show the girth on a relatively small fish. Based upon what I saw hung and weighed at the fishing contest last week I think he'd go 45kg.
Its interesting comparing photo's of the fish people claim are 45kg gts, or 30kg spaniards or 40kg sambo's or 45kg marlin. I saw a 53kg yellowfin and 32 kg spaniard (both gilled and gutted) weighed in at Canarfin and its a pretty serious amount of fish! (this isn't directed at anyone, just a general observation)

Arm stretch technique
Great billy Adam - you should have used the old outstretched arms technique (would have looked bigger) - don't be so lazy next time
