Managed to only wet a line once, but it was a fish nearly every drop! There were only 4 of us onboard, so the action was thick and that resulted in only a couple of pics. This was the first drop so the skiper had a chance to take the pic, after that it was like a free for all!
Managed cod, coronation trout, spangled emperor - nor west Snapper? , GT and 2 other types of fish, but I can't recall the name right now. Trolled for Mackies on the way back , but didn't get a hook up even though there was one hit.
Oh and of course I was cursed with a big shark! All the guys on board were giving me stick for taking up their fishing time! LOL!
The gear was good stuff, Trosa 20s and T curves.
There is a lot of fish out there, they would hit anything that resembled bait.
Saw 8 whales as well. All in all I had a really good day.
