I've seen guys do this in an old Sigma along the beach at seabird till it got bogged. Idiots had to pay the obligatory $50 to have the local tractor pull them off the beach.

Electronic corrosion control unit?

Brand new Nissan Patrol in Darwin, bogged on an in coming 6m tide at the Dundee beach ramp at 5am.

Waves lapping over the roof, water up to the pedals inside.   Sphincte pulsing rapidly.

Snapped out by a F350 - phew.  This was in 2002.

To this day, not a spec of rust on the old girl.

Salt water - I'm not scared.

Cheers Pete

Used to do this all the time

Tue, 2011-08-23 17:08

Used to do this all the time "BULL FROGGN" but the secrete was to keep the car out of the water and the bloke on the knee board needs to lean out into the water, but obviously some people have too much money or bloody good rust protection.
