Fishing conditions

Wed, 2007-12-05 10:45

were as good as you could ask for although not a lot of fish caught between 17 anglers. 3 dhuis about 4 or 5 snapper a couple of nanygai and a harlequin cod but it is a very well run charter although a bit expensive compared to the others we ended up fishing just off bunbury from port bouvard! but with bbq breki morning tea and bbq lunch supplied it beats working on a week day!

Great day

Wed, 2007-12-05 10:47

We went out on port bouvard charters out of mandurah.
We couldn't have asked for a better day weather wise, it was glassy and warm.
I caught the dhuie and harliquien. Fishy fingers caugth the snapper and black arse.
Dhuie was 6.6kg and very tasty for dinner.
The boat was great as well as the food, deckie and skipper.
Well worth the trip if you have ever thought of going on a charter.
Lots of other fish were caught by other guys, nanygai, dhuies, snapper, sargent bakers, harliquien.
Its was better then being at work

Nebraska Charter is my pick of the bunch, $150 per person, fast comfortable boat and most of the time comes back with good fish.
