How often do you Pop your ears all the way down or just every so often?  Becasue i can freedive to 7-8m.

If and such pressure you should do it everyone different , but never not do it.

You equalise should more often than you feel you have to. Equalising when you feel pressure against your ears just means you have to blow a bit harder and that can damage your ears itself.
