Cuttlefish that attacked the jigged dhuie. Doesnt look all that big until you realise the tentacles are in the bucket and the cuttlefish head is directly above the centre of the bucket.

How to cook them?
I caught one about the same size in Bussleton a couple of weeks back. Curious things - amazing to see how they change colour. Anyway the misses took one look at the eyes and I had to let it go.
In any case I wouldn't know how to start preparing it - I presume like squid. Any ideas/tips on how you clean them? If I know what to do I might be able to get any future captures cleaned before the Kim looks it in the eye.

you clean them a bit like
you clean them a bit like squid but you only keep the soft side which ends up like a big triangle, much nicer than squid imo , first time cleaning one can be messy but its all about learning
