So what fish got got used? Not long till a few demersals can replentish freezer stock.

It was a little bit each of dhufish and nanny, fish stock from the freezer, leek, onion, bay, white pepper, cayenne, tomato pulp, white wine and cream!
Not long toill we can do some topping up again!
