 This a great fish!  But i amgoing to be pedantic and say its a black spotted rock cod (aka malabar cod) as opposed to an orange spotted rock cod (aka estuary cod).  Check out both on the recfishwest app.

 

Despite this, its a wonderful catch anywhere, let alone off the rocks!
