Ummm depends what you're targeting I think Ryan. I try not to read into it too much because when you think you've got it sussed your theory usually get's blown out of the water. I usually prefer calm conditions with a bit of chop when targeting GTs but I haven't noticed them behave any differently when it's really calm (and I've also caught them when it's very rough for that matter) - I think usually it's other factors that determine whether they want to bite rather than weather conditions.

A very open question and agree other factors like tides etc play a part!
