Pic of our catch today.
Question. They say fox fish is a category one fish. Who here would rate them as great eating compared to other category one fish like snapper and Dhuie. Personally I wouldn't put hem in a class one.

For your notes, apparently foxfish are one of the slowest growing fish for their size, some of them around that size can be upto 50 years old I've been told. Not sure if its true, but food for thought.

I can also vouch for what adam said. I have also heard they are extremely slow growing , however i find them great on the tooth
