watch out for the resident ray that lives near cow rocks its about 2 metres in width and likes to eat everthing , i dropped down a herring on a squidjig inmidd water and the cheeky buggger turned upside down and gobbled it it'll spool ya clean.
i havnt fished there for some time but last time i did i got busted off by one and then the next day i got spooled. there are some big ones around. last year i helped gaff one that woulda gone 50kg.

using 10kg mono and a 1/0 wide gape, looked in excess of 100kg took 30min to surface then i tried to bust the bugger of on its next run by sticking my thumb in an abu 7000 with 100kg of grumpy white spotted stingray charging away, nearly broke my thumb
