Russ, Sandy and DhuBoi, a friend sent it and it looks like he was on th operating able to get it out, there was another photo but a bit too yuckie to put up, in the yuckie one I didn't post (kids watching) the actual second hook is in the eye and comes out at the top of the pupil, friend didn't say how the outcome was. Hope he kept is sight. Even in fishing trips some terrible things can happen.
Wonder why he didnt have sunnies on. Seen some shockers with fly fishos at sunset. Take the sunnies off at sunset because its getting dark and whammo. Flyed eye for dinner

Looks worst than it is. Would have scared the poop out of him. With modern surgery etc he will be AOK probably and should not loose his vision.
