Must weigh over a kilo, and thats if its relatively thin. Must need a broomstick of a rod and a even stronger arms to jig that properly.

the sambo guys used a few a couple of seasons back with good results. In saying that you can catch them on anything that flashes and moves.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

Most of the time, sure, but not always. Last year on two separate days, the sambos were on the spot, but very picky, didnt seem to like the cheaper jigs. Drop a SW down and with a lot of effort, they'll hit though.
