caught a heap of these down at leighton beach the other day. still a bit of weed but was'nt a hastle.

yer they varied some were only aroung 35cm but the big ones were easy around 65-70cm mark. only got 2 big ones and about half a dozen little ones

Yea they are really on the bite, went down to Port Beach 2 weeks ago and got one 47 cm one in 1 hour, was there fro, 8-9;30.
What time were you at leighton?? like 10 o'clock?
Fishing and catching are two different things. But i want to learn how to catch.

Solid fish!
i fished from about 6 when it was just about dark till about 9 when they stoped biting. i was using gardie fillets for bait!
