Tried a recipe off the Huey's cooking show came out a treat and tasted amazing. He did it with KG and looked great, has just the right amount of spices:) Caught endless amounts of herring and 5 squid in 6 casts this morning.

Nice Prep Work There Mate
Herring can be a very versatile fish and are very underated as an eater. Judging on the ones I have got stuck into the last few weeks there are some very healthy fat buggers around.
Mind you though I have never been a lover of Morrocan style cooking. I think it has something to do with a dish My ex-boss's wife served up one night
Vince.

hahaha unluckytriggerinwa:p
hahaha unluckytriggerinwa:p Ive never had moroccan before..this recipe only consisted of a few things. There were so many herring out there and the sizes were great for metro. They seemed to have vanished there for a while and sizes were so tiny but there back, light line and the flickiest of rods and its a pile of fun!
