That was my only catch. Had a couple of strikes but didn't hook up. My deckie (using bait) put back an u/s pinkie, black arse and Sambo and a couple of spiney rod cod things. And late in the day got busted off by what we reckon was a very decent Sambo.
Shoot the deckie for using bait while your fishing plastics  I've found its one or the other but rarely seems to work at the same time. Bait seems to attract small and unwanted fish but you got the dhui so that's a win for artificials
