release took a while cos it was full of air and too heavy for the release weight...it had plenty of kick left in it the main problem was getting it down.
now I'm not having a go at ya but all that weight hanging from a gaff in it's bottom jaw is not good for the fish , maybe next time one hand in it's mouth and his arm supporting under the fish's belly .
PLEASE don't take this post in the wrong way , I'm just sugesting a better way of handling the fish .
