you'll love it. I've got the 5000SW domestic model (high gear) running 20lb braid and it's easily taken care of a 15kg GT, big chinaman and a 20lb snapper.
Are far better to use for jigging.Each turn of the handle you are ripping less line with which makes it easier on the angler.Gives you more low down power when fighting big fish too.If you are using a mechanical jigging style ie sambos you will be less tired using PG's.Best thing to do is try for yourself you will notice the difference.
Also this is my demersal jigging reel. Only need to work jigs nice and slowly
