Nice Red Snapper

Caught Tuesday, 65 cm by my neighbor on his penn international spooled with 600m of 80lb mono bit of an overkill the reel weighed more than the fish.

Using mono
Dean,i use braided line on all my bottom bouncing gear i would never use mono, but my neighbor has only just started fishing with me out deep and likes to use his gear.I had a rod and reel loaded with braid for him but he insisted using his marlin gear.
