Found a great little launch right near a reef that guides you straight out - no surf to combat either!

Surtees
Spot on cransy1 - I imported it a few years ago from NZ. Surtees used to sell hulls and cuddys to Barcrusher before they got into fabrication apparently.

Pt MacDonnell, we fish for
Pt MacDonnell, we fish for Snapper and Mulloway around the corner of this bay where there are a heap of big Kelp beds. This little bay is known as Factory bay, out of 5 trips - all 5 times we were the only ones who launched there - it cuts 10klms from the journey if you launched from the town ramp.
