One of those days when it all came together!

One of those days when it all came together!

Judging from the forecast is was going to be a good day on the water today so off we went. Shaun (Shabba) came out for the day and i dedicated half the day to reconaisance on old co-ords and the other half (arvo) to fishing my current spots.

We ended up with our 4 Dhufish with my biggest weighing 15kgs (caught on my baitcaster) and the rest 5-8kg. Picked up some big BB, KG's, flathead etc

My big dhu fell to a strip of Sargy & my next biggest to a fresh/dead wrasse that i butterfly'd and used for driftbaiting. When i boated that Dhufish the wrasse was gone and after about 2 hours i returned to the same spot for another quick drop and one of the other dhufish landed had the same bait being regurgitated on the deck.......so technically that one bait feed two dhufish!

Was a great day and one of those days where everything came together for me. Flat calm for the trip in and great company, cheers Shaun!

Cheers fella's!

Ferel, (drought)......your a tool haha Tongue out

Salty, i fish small lumps that dont get fished as much so it gives these bigger fish a chance to elude. In saying this, i fish many spots inbetween to find them!

Yeh went hard Matthew, didnt blow its bag and fought like a sambo but felt the big paddle...was a good fish!
