Opening 2012

Managed this girl first cast yesterday morning. Watched the follow, strike and short runs back to the weed beds. After her it slowed down with only another 6 fish landed. 2nd fish over 50cm in the silly season period.

Sick fish mate, that thing's a cricket bat. My last few biggies have all been 46cm but they've been few and far between.
Got onto a few in the Canning yesterday but they were all pretty small @15-30cm.

Great lizard. Any flattie over 50cm in the river is a gooden.
The best reason for doing what's right today is tomorrow.
