65cm. Put a Maria BluesCode on his head after spotting him harrassing bait fish.
One of a few 60cm+ tailor we got. Smashed my old PB three times up there!!! Maria BluesCode 34g and Duplex 31g did the damage for me.
Unforgettable, seeing so many big ones just cruising around in crystal-clear water, one smashing a virtually dry lure and the massive aerial displays.
Released a few & kept a few for a feed. Not bad considering we were just killing some time in the middle of the day.
Metro tailor fishing will never be the same

How busy is it up there after new year guys? I might get the ski up there for a couple days for a tailor bash, mix things up a bit..

its maddness beau!! but worth it w the tailor round n macks round w this warmer water. been a cpl hoos caught out front as well! just make sure you have all yr eqip on the ski cos dpi n fisheries will be here n cracking down!!
