I'm running the 350D. Bit old now (3 years) but still takes a nice pic. Don't plan to upgrade it for quite some time yet.

Nice camera you got there Jay, I see you're a canon man, I'm a Nikon man myself but heck they all take great photo's. Oh ya those poppers sure looks good.

hey jay, do you find that the real expensive ones improve your catch at all or is it more for the bling factor, just $80 for poppers can be a bit expensive to some people

That's a difficult question, short answer I think the answer is yes but it is also a bit of bling factor as well. Without going into too much specifics the real expensive ones usually have a much stronger construction and have had a lot more field testing.
