Been catching a lot of dhu's on the abolhos paddle tails (white in particular) - this one was on stinky bait though. Big strip of S. Baker on two snelled hooks. When I snell up my hooks for demersals I go a circle hook for the 'top hook' and a big red for the bottom hook. Seems to work well for me. My thoughts are if a big fish snaffles the whole bait the circle hook will do its job. But if the fish is snacking on the end of the bait and I strike the big red will sink in.
