Cross between a smile and a grimace after the fight. ;) Could have filled the boat with them, but the amount of fillets you get off one is more than enough. I gave away half the cobia and half the mackie and still got heaps.

I usually smoke a bit to eat straight away. Then I give the rest to the dog over a few nights. He loves them. It's a bit to strong for me.
