What a suprise that both the Mac's can get good dhuies! What a great fish and in beautiful condition too, happy eating for the old boy. :)

No, he certainly was chuffed by the entire experience. I have been trying to get him onto some big fish for ages but have always let him tie his own rigs etc. This time I gave him my pre-made super snell rigs and lumo squids and showed him painstakingly how to bait them up. Next thing you know he is getting monstered by unstoppables. He dropped two big dhuies as did I and had an epic battle with what ended up being an eagle ray. Talk about being bitterly disappointed when that thing surfaced - all captured on video. I reckon the old man will be feeling the pain today after nailing those fish. He certainly was a happy camper though when he got those dhuies and the KG.

I think he will remember this day out for a long time.
