Feisty fish rnt they! I have a caught a few in the capel on bigger lures where the reddys r nearly as big as the lure! Caught some very good fish up to 36cm over the years quite a way upstream from the bridge in capel around spring time. They love Eco Gear SX lures in red and black patterns among others as Im sure you have found out! Fish are generally less abundent but tend to be bigger in size. Cheers

Yea i got a 30cm one
Yea i got a 30cm one somewhere in the capel on red/black pattern. I know some people that own about 6-8ks of river front land on the capel and they get a few decent reddies
