Speared Spanish Mack

My mate blake shot this spanish in 5 metres of water off Point Samson. I swam over to help as blake was getting towed around by this horse, i dove on the fish only to watch his spear tear loose! The fish was swimming off as i punched a second shot into him. As my float line and gun took off i proceeded to let Blake know without mincing my words, that i had claimed this fish to the laughter and disbelief of the onlookers in the boat! In the closing stages of the fight i looked over my shoulder for the local greycoats only to see Blake smile and place a kill shot on the fish, bugger! This was a team effort on a great fish between best mates and will be a dive trip to remember! Fish weight in at 25kgs!
