thought id try something different with the squid rings
6 tubes cut into rings
jar of creamy mushroom sauce from shop
1 onion little garlic
pinich of oregano salt and pepper to taste

just as it turned white take
just as it turned white take them off the heat there was a couple that were a little rubbery but 95%were spot on
